2013 in The Eye of Error

With 2012 closing it's doors and 2013 opening them it's time to think about what my Hobby Wants and Hobby Goals for the new year.

2012, what a ride!

The apocalypse didn't happen today when the thirteenth b’ak’tun of the current age came to an end.

Nibiru decided not to impact earth from out of no where and the alien mothership never made contact and enslaved the human race; so now I can remember 2012 fondly without the threat of impeding doom!

How to Airbrush Leathery Bat-Like Wings

For several Dark Eldar units I had to paint in a way I've never painted before; leathery bat-like wings. I didn't want to go the route I've been down before of a simple 2 tone drybrush and wash. I wanted something special, yet quick and effective. SO this is what I came up with.
