This army is about half complete and there will be further updates in the near future.
For now I leave with a some parting shots of the whole gang together. In the following weeks there will be 3 custom converted Penitent Engines, another converted Repressor, and about 80 infantry figures plus 3 HQ models.
Such a wonderful army. Just great...freaking great!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Dark enough to be moody (Grim Darkness and all that), but bright and vibrant enough to still be very eye catching. Excellent work!
ReplyDeleteGreat start, I am looking forward to the rest.
ReplyDeleteHoly hell! Those were awesome before, and they are absolutely beautiful as a group! Can't wait to see the infantry!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliments Everyone! I'm very pleased with how these vehicles have turned out so far and there's much more on the way!
ReplyDeleteI am incredibly Happy with these vehicles. They look fantastic in person as well.
ReplyDeleteKelly: The army is the Order of the Valorous Heart. Fluff wise, they are the most extreme order of the Adeptus Sororitas when it comes to being martyred and maimed for the Emperor. Very dark themed army as the sisters consign themselves to the repentia for no reason other than because they can.
Your paint scheme is simple but stunning!
ReplyDeleteHow did you manage to have such a finish on the black?
I have seen some grey lining but did you airbrushed a light coat of grey to highlight everything too?
Best
