It's been a few weeks since I added anything for Mariners Blight. I moved my family to a new house in Dirty Jerz, 3x the size of what we lived in Philly. The same week I started a new higher paying job as a Design Director working from home and needless to say it's been hectic. The past few days things have settled down and I've had the chance to get creative (In a non-dayjob fashion) and here's the result.

This is a new army I've been working on in secret; Mariners Blight.

They are a maritime inspired Lovecraftian Chaos Marine Army combining inspiration from The Shadow over Innsmouth as well as the Cthulhu mythos with 1800's style diving suits and nautical details.

For one of my current projects I needed a few Octopus Like tentacles. I had previously sculpted tentacles for one of my Dark Eldar conversions using floral wire and green stuff so I decided to take it to the next level.
